-0165 (2) (c) Detras del televisor en la sala y en la cocina hay cables electricos sin asegurar. /Behind the television and by the kitchen counter, are electric cables, that are not secured. -0165 (3) (c) En el area de juego hay dos pelotas de soccer que estan rotas, y en mala condicion./In the outdoor area are two soccer balls that are ripped and are in poor condition. -0165 (4) (f) Tiene escalones que sirven de plataforma en la segunda salida de la ventana y tiene aberturas en los lados del pasamanos. / There are stairs that serve as window platform on the outdoor area, and those do not have on both sides of the handrails slats to prevent children from falling. -0165 (5) (g) Durante visita, tenia un cable electrico largo, conectado cerca del lavamanos de la cocina. /During visit, there was a long electric cord, that was plugged in too close to the kitchen sink.
